The Diagnostics API retrieves diagnostic troubleshooting code (DTC) information available from various types of assets or equipment. The diagnostic troubleshooting code (DTC) information vary based on the type of asset and the source of the information.

Why use Diagnostics
Purpose I: Retrieve Trailer DTC Events
SCALAR provides DTC event information for specific trailers or all trailers in your organization. You can use this information to investigate and take appropriate actions.
Use Cases
- Retrieve DTC events for a single trailer for up to one year.
- Retrieve all DTC events in the last 2 weeks for one or more trailers in an organization. If assetIds are not specified, all trailers in the organization are considered.
