What is User Management

Use the Users Management module to view and manage the users of your organization. You can add a user, provide access and assign a role to the user. You can effectively manage all the users associated with an organization as well as fleet operations at one central place and streamline the processes.

Why use Users?

Purpose I: Manage M2M integrators

SCALAR allows organizations to view, manage, and remove M2M integrators from the SCALAR platform. Integrators are also now equipped with Teams interface.

Purpose II: Manage Users and Roles

SCALAR allows you to manage users and user roles, such as creating and updating users and user roles.

Use Cases

Use case I: List the onboarded Users

To retrieve list of all users of a specific organization.

Use case II: User Roles

To retrieve all user roles based on their organization.

Use case I: Onboarding and CRUD operations of Users

  • New users are created for the specific organization.
  • Details of existing users can be modified and displayed in the SCALAR platform.
  • Users can access all the required details of the organization depending on their role.
