Overview

Provides an overview of fleet installer module.

What is Fleet Installer

Use the Fleet Installer module to validate installations, configure and detect sensors. After installing a telematics unit, such as the Trailer Pulse unit with a trailer or a Tx-Go type unit with a truck, it is crucial to perform a thorough health check on all possible connections. Additionally, confirm the related communication to understand the required data flow in the SCALAR system. To do this, navigate to the fleet installer and either scan the QR code using your smartphone or manually enter the unit’s serial number. This will provide you with valuable insight into the connection status after your telematics unit installation.
